How do I take measurements?
Can I cancel or change an order once it is placed?
If you wish to cancel or amend an order then please contact us as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to comply with your request.
How do I add to my order once it is placed?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to add items to it so a new order will need to be placed for any additional items required.
How long will my order take to be processed?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days although we do aim to dispatch orders more swiftly than this wherever possible. We will email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

What if I need to return an item?
Items can be returned and exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and undamaged. Please return your exchange/refund package to the ICSB Spirit Gear Delivery Box with the completed return slip inside.
The ICSB Spirit Gear Delivery Box can be found under the stairs at the main entrance.
New items are returned to school in 5 working days.
How will I be informed about my order’s home delivery?
You will be informed via email one day prior to the delivery day. If you can’t be home to receive your order on the delivery day, please let us know via email AND a phone call.
How much does home delivery cost?
Delivery is 2490 HUF.
